Introduction to Leadership - one day
A great way to get teams, new and old, on the same page. The Introduction to Leadership workshop is an interactive one-day experience that includes your company's Vision, Purpose & Values, and uses real-life examples to make it practical, relevant and accessible.
Topics include deep diving into your core business principles, the difference between management and leadership, and Emotionally Intelligent leadership practices that participants can immediately apply at work.
This is an interactive workshop with group and individual exercises.
Leadership Consulting - 6-12 weeks
Seasoned managers sometimes need a different perspective to understand their company from the outside in, rather than the inside out.
You already are the expert in your business. Leadership Consulting is designed for senior managers to explore issues they repeatedly face as part of their role or workplace culture. Online or in-person*, sessions are held over six weeks, typically meeting weekly or bi-weekly depending on what you’re needing.
These sessions are open to up to three leaders in the business.
Emerging Leaders Program - 12 weeks
Good Cheer Leadership’s Signature Group Program for developing talent internally.
Rather than spending your budget on recruiters’ fees, this program identifies and prepares talent already in the business.
Online or in-person*, 12 sessions over 4 months, we will co-create a leadership pathway for 6-12 emerging leaders. The course will deep dive into your departments and organisational governance, introduce leadership concepts and work towards the delivery of a group project decided by you.
This is a four-month commitment that requires time and dedication by all participants.
Leadership in Focus Team Program - 3-12 months
Leadership in Focus is the choose-your-own-adventure of the Good Cheer Corporate programs.
Stand alone, or package sessions together to make them relevant and impactful for your business, or run all 12 of them consecutively for a year-long Leadership in Focus series for your management and leadership team.
Topics include confidence and presence, self-awareness, stress and resilience, feedback and real conversations, celebration and acknowledgement, motivation and accountability.
In-person, this is a full, interactive day with up to 20 staff members. We will explore practices and techniques with experiential learning on the principles of leadership, focusing on EQ and conscious communications.
